If your child is struggling with difficult behaviors and emotions, I am here to help. Play Therapy is a powerful way to help children grow and heal. Families can overcome incredible challenges and live healthy, well balanced lives. My approach allows children to make significant shifts in their behavior, self awareness, and ability to connect with others. I specialize in working with kids who have challenging behaviors, those experiencing difficult transitions such as adoption, divorce, or loss of a loved one, and those who have experienced significant trauma. I work closely with parents throughout our time together.
Play Therapy helps children to develop empathy, enhance thier ability to understand and communicate about feelings, and find healthy solutions to the challenges they face. Children increase their self-esteem as they develop greater self awareness and appropriate strategies to handle stressful situations that arise day to day.
I have dedicated years to understanding brain development. This specialized training gives me insight into understanding the root cause of behaviors. By getting to the bottom of the challenge, children are able to make long lasting positive changes in their behavior and relationships with family and friends.Contact Name:Anne WattsEmail:firstname.lastname@example.orgPhone:(970) 485-5202website:www.wattslcsw.comPhysical Address:721 Granite St., Suite 204 Frisco, COHours of Operation:Monday - WednesdayTarget Group:Parents with children 0-13Accepted Payment:CHP+ and sliding scaleOther:Contact Anne today for a free consultation.

Centering Pregnancy is currently the gold standard of care that integrates the three major components of care: education, healthcare and social support.
Prenatal care and education are provided in a relaxed group setting where eight to twelve women with similar due dates meet to share their experiences. They learn care skills, participate in a facilitated discussion, and develop a support network with other group members. Each pregnancy group meets for a total of ten sessions throughout pregnancy and early postpartum. Over time, Centering Pregnancy has a proven track record of superb outcomes for both mother and baby. The Centering Pregnancy model is offered at High Country Healthcare OB/GYN to all of our patients. For some of our patients, Centering Pregnancy is a collaborative effort between Summit Community Care Clinic, Summit County Public Health and High Country Healthcare OB/GYN.
